Unique Construction Opportunity

We are a rapidly growing, Concord, New Hampshire-based company building nature-based playgrounds all over the country. We have both an East Coast and a West Coast presence.

We have been refining our construction techniques so that the jobs come together more quickly and efficiently, and with our daily, early-morning phone calls with our Project Manager, the ground crews are highly supported, and we continually look forward to their input so we can make the teams even more efficient and productive.

We are currently looking for experienced, hard-working landscaping road crew foremen, equipment operators, and landscape crew members with landscape experience or interest or both, all of whom must be at least 21 years old.

Crew members must be able to follow instructions, work as team members as well as independently, have working knowledge of multiple phases of landscaping, and be willing to travel around the country. Living accommodations and company scheduled travel arrangements to and from the job site included.

We have several openings available:

  1. Project Manager - Landscape Construction. Exceptional opportunity to be responsible for projects all over the country! We're looking for someone with the right combination of meticulous attention to detail (yet with an excellent grasp of the bigger picture) who anticipates every aspect of an upcoming job so everything is ready to go day one, and who can establish an excellent rapport with on-site foreman so that natural playground projects always come in on time and within budget while looking fabulous and making clients feel great!
Sure, it's stressful, dynamic, and chaotic at times, and yes it will challenge every aspect of your organizational, management, and spreadsheet skills, but when you see the looks on the faces of the children playing in one of your creations, it all becomes more than worthwhile!
The fact that we build these beautiful, cutting-edge, natural play areas (there's no plastic and metal equipment!) all over the country means that you're never bored because you're constantly challenged with different clients, sites, conditions, weather, materials, soil, subcontractors (not many are needed), permitting authorities, and other constantly changing things.
We have made everything as easy as possible for you and your crews. Our shop (where your office is located) kits and ships everything needed to build these beautiful park-like playgrounds, such as the play and learning elements (see our online store), gazebos, drainage and irrigation materials, etc. Even rocks and boulders are shipped to the site, so for the on-site crew, it's like opening a christmas present that just needs to be assembled! Only trees and earth materials need to be sourced locally.
Your job is to work with the site foremen to make these jobs successful in every way! To help you, two very experienced men in our headquarters office are with you on every morning crew call to answer questions, help solve problems, and answer questions about the plans they've designed, so there is a very high level of interest and support. You will not be alone, but we don't meddle!
Because this is a brand new industry, we are setting precedents with construction techniques, efficient procedures, project oversight, use of the most up-to-date technology, and customer service, so you have the opportunity to make a mark!
This is a perfect job for a competitive, high performing individual interested in learning new things, establishing new procedures and programs, and growing his/her earning potential and career advancement opportunities.
Send us your impressive resume showing us you have the necessary background and minimum of 3-4 years of experience to be the perfect fit. Competitive pay, performance-based bonuses, challenging work, and a company culture of high-performance, growth, and success.
